Beer City Television, Episode One - 2009 North American Organic Beer Festival

After producing the Cyclocross Diaries for Wend Magazine, I got the idea to produce a similar program, but for the craft brewing industry of the United States. 100% of the content is being distributed online-only, much the same way Wend did with the Cyclocross Diaries. My friend and colleague Dan Kaufman had hosted an episode of CXD, as well as his own Crank My Chain program - so he was a natural fit. We shot Episode One at the 2009 North American Organic Brewers Festival in Portland, Oregon in June of that year. Then, life threw me a curveball. I met and married the most wonderful woman in the world, moved to her native Boulder, Colorado, had a baby girl and began life anew as a husband, daddy and Rocky Mountainfreak. Now, the time has come to bring the show back to life - starting with the official edit of Episode One - The North American Organic Brewers Festival. Followed very shortly by Episode #01 - Funkwerks and Episode #02 - Upslope Brewing. For now, enjoy this blast from the past.

Owning it!

The inaugural post on the official Boulder Video Design blogger site. As my business continues to grow, I'm slowly transferring all my work, contact info and content to all things Boulder Video Design. In the meantime, you can still read my previous blogs at my Keeney Media blog site, as well as the current Boulder Video Design website which, for now, resolves to my old personal creative endeavors website. I've never felt more inspired and like I was on the right path as I currently do with my film and video projects in Colorado.
